Terms of Service

By using BrainiacKids, you agree to our terms of service, which outline the proper use of our educational platform and your responsibilities as a user.

Our subscription service provides access to premium features. You can cancel anytime. Any invoice paid within the last 30 days can be refunded in full from your billing page — the refund is issued automatically to your original payment method and typically appears on your statement within 5-10 business days; where an invoice was not paid by a card we can refund automatically, a person completes the refund within 2 business days instead. Because the refund covers the period you paid for, the subscription it relates to is cancelled at the same time, and you can resubscribe whenever you like. The one exception: if a later invoice you have not refunded already covers your current period, your subscription keeps running and only the refunded invoice is returned. Requests for older invoices are reviewed by a person within 2 business days.

Our platform is designed for educational purposes. Users must not misuse the service, attempt to harm the system, or violate any applicable laws.

While we strive to provide the best educational experience, our liability is limited as outlined in our terms. We encourage parental supervision during use.
